Our signature, integrative appointment combines Chinese and functional medicine, offering a truly comprehensive approach. This gold-standard service draws from both perspectives to support optimal health and address any current health concerns.

Drawing on functional medicine principles, this appointment offers an in-depth intake, lab review, lifestyle recommendations, food plan, and supplement guidance to address health concerns such as gut health, metabolic disorders, and hormonal balance.

If you’re new to EAST & WEST or if haven’t visited us in over a year, an Initial EAST appointment is where you start.
This comprehensive session includes an in-depth intake and assessment from an Eastern medicine perspective. Your care will draw on the full range of Chinese medicine modalities, such as:

Follow-up EAST: Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Appointment

For patients who have had an initial EAST appointment within the last year.
Drawing from your initial appointment, we follow the treatment plan with follow-up appointments.
During your appointment we will:

Follow-up EAST: Community Style Acupuncture

For patients who have had an initial EAST appointment within the last year.
This follow-up community acupuncture session allows for continued care at an affordable price, fostering regular treatments for long-term wellness.
What to Expect:

Community Setting: You will relax on the couch in our community space.

Individualized Treatment: Even in this group setting, each treatment is tailored to your specific needs.

Distal Acupuncture: Needles are placed primarily placed elbow-down and knee-down to treat your whole body, even if your primary concern is in a different area, like your back.
