Ultra-thin needles placed at specific points chosen for your unique pattern.
Moxibustion
A warming herb applied to specific points to nourish and strengthen. Also used to help turn breech babies.
Fire Cupping
Glass cups that release tight muscles, boost circulation, and help loosen adhesions in the fascia.
Herbal Consult
A custom Chinese herbal plan to keep your progress going between visits. The consult is included; you only pay for the herbs.
Gua Sha
Gentle scraping to ease tension and move stagnation, or our vibrating, heated gua sha tool, a patient favorite.
Ear Seeds
Tiny seeds on ear points that keep working after you leave. Kids love them.
Electrical Stimulation
Mild current through the needles for stubborn pain, recovery, and moving energy.
Topical Remedies
Clinical-grade CBD for pain, or herbal formulas for pain, inflammation, cold, heat, and more.

Your 90-minute visit
Dr. Tristine hears your whole story, checks your tongue and pulse, and treats you that same day. That's about six times longer than a typical primary care appointment.
Leave with a plan
You'll know what's next, how often to come in, and what you can do at home. We'll check in 24 to 48 hours later to see how you're feeling.
Ongoing care
Your plan changes as you do. We adjust as your body responds, so your care keeps working.
