I used this set when I was postpartum and I loved having the three different types to support me throughout the day. The serenity-tea was my favorite because it would help calm my anxiety during the day and help me sleep better at night. This set is now my go to for all my mama friends :)
This bundle is great to support a mama during post-partum recovery and the breastfeeding window! Also great even after! We still drink these in our house!
