Soothing Sitz: Herbal Bath Blend

Calendula flower – traditionally used to calm and soothe delicate skin.

Lavender flower – traditionally used for gentle relaxation and skin comfort.

Comfrey leaf – traditionally used to support tissue integrity and ease tenderness.

Uva Ursi leaf – traditionally used to gently cleanse and support urinary comfort.

Yarrow flower – traditionally used to ease swelling and support postpartum skin recovery.

Steep the herbs in hot water to create a comforting herbal infusion traditionally used for postpartum perineal care.

For Sitz Bath Use:

• Steep ½ cup of herbs in warm water until fragrant.

• Pour into your sitz bath setup at home.

• Soak for 10–20 minutes.

For Rinse Use:

• Steep herbs in 4–6 cups hot water; allow to cool.

• Strain.

• Pour into your preferred rinse bottle and use 1–2x daily.
